Weekend Workshop
Reflections of Autumn:
Fall Still Life in Acrylic
With Teaching Artist Jane Gonzalez
Whether you are a beginner looking to explore acrylics or an intermediate painter looking to elevate your technique, teaching artist Jane Gonzalez guides you step-by-step through the process of painting a vibrant fall still life in this engaging two-day workshop!
Held in our intimate studio setting, Jane offers you one-on-one mentorship as you explore acrylic techniques and color mixing, with tailored advice to help you create a strong composition and color palette.
Using acrylic paints, you learn to capture realistic textures and vibrant color harmony from everyday objects. Acrylic paint’s quick dry time allows you to build up many layers in just two days, and it can be applied thickly for texture or watered down for smooth washes. You leave this focused creative experience with at least one completed study, as well as new skills and confidence to continue your artistic journey.
